The LLL Plus Filament Buffer is an advanced device designed specifically for remote filament feeding in 3D printers. It simplifies the loading and unloading process, enhancing the overall stability and quality of 3D prints.
Electric Feeding and Retraction: Equipped with two buttons, the buffer allows users to easily feed or retract filament electrically, streamlining filament handling.
Automatic Feeding: The buffer detects when the extruder pulls on the filament and automatically feeds a segment towards the hot end. This reduces strain on the extruder and maintains consistent filament flow, improving print stability.
Filament Break Detection: A built-in sensor monitors the presence of filament. If a break or absence is detected, the buffer sends a signal to pause the printing process, preventing print failures. This function requires connecting a signal pin and modifying the printer's configuration.
Enhanced Durability and Noise Reduction: The Plus version features a more robust stepper motor and utilizes a silent driver, minimizing operational noise and increasing the device's longevity.
