P2S / H2D 3D Printer Hotend | ANC-Coat Non-Stick Coating | Hardened Steel Nozzle
This hotend is compatible with P2S / H2D 3D printers. It has the same size as the original hotend and can be installed directly without any modification.
The nozzle is made of precision-machined hardened steel, with high nozzle diameter accuracy and an inner surface finish of less than 0.4μm. It provides smoother filament flow and helps reduce the risk of clogging.
The nozzle surface is coated with ANC-Coat non-stick coating, which helps prevent melted filament from sticking to the nozzle. This reduces material buildup, dragging, and blobs during printing, improving the surface quality of printed parts.
With high coating hardness of 60+, this hotend is suitable for abrasive materials such as carbon fiber and glass fiber filaments. It is also especially effective for high-viscosity materials like PETG.
The hotend comes with a high-quality heat-resistant silicone sock, with a maximum temperature resistance of 300°C. The seamless high-polish throat tube allows filament to feed smoothly into the nozzle and improves printing stability.
