1Description

The new upgraded titanium tube bimetal heatbreak, the m6 thread and m7 thread use copper material, the middle tube uses titanium metal, and the copper m6 thread helps the filament in the titanium tube to melt more easily, which has a better melting effect than pure titanium metal head To increase the flow rate, the titanium metal tube is used in the middle to reduce heat conduction upwards, reduce printing clogging, and improve printing quality. It has better heat resistance performance than using stainless steel tubes. The m7 thread uses copper to help heatbreak heat quickly conduct to the heat sink. Improve heat dissipation efficiency.

The titanium metal tube in the middle is produced by high-precision cnc, and the internal control finish is less than 0.3um. The special tube structure design helps less heat conduction upwards, and it prevents the tube from falling off from the m6 and m7 copper parts.

After being installed on the v6 heat sink, it will be 3mm longer than the original, so it may be necessary to redesign the nozzle fan.
