Upgraded Design: Added Protective Heat Insulation Pad for Dual Thermal Protection
Optimized with an additional heat insulation pad to form a double-layer heat barrier. It effectively blocks heat transfer to the printer body, prevents malfunctions caused by long-term high temperature, and ensures stable and safe printing.
Multi model precise adaptation, perfect fit for mold opening
Precision molded for the latest Bambu Lab printers. Fully compatible with A1, A1mini and H2D. No modification needed, easy to install and fits tightly to deliver optimal performance.
Premium Zirconia Ceramic with Outstanding Performance
The core part adopts high-quality zirconia ceramic, far better than traditional materials. It withstands 1800-2200℃ high temperature without deformation or cracking. Low thermal conductivity brings excellent heat insulation. Its service life is 6 times longer than synthetic stone for long-hour continuous printing. Wear and impact resistance also reduces the risk of hotend damage.
Odorless & Eco-friendly
Traditional materials tend to carbonize and release unpleasant odors under high heat. Zirconia ceramic features stable chemical properties, no harmful gas emission, creating a healthy printing environment.
Stepped Cooling for Excellent Temperature Control
Dual-layer structure realizes stepped cooling: 254℃ at nozzle → 138℃ after ceramic layer → 82℃ after insulation pad. It greatly cuts down heat transfer to the body, avoids overheating and improves printing stability.
