Upgraded Mellow Goliath Lite Air Water Cooled Hotend adopts TC4 titanium structure to prevent heatbreak damage and filament clogging. Equipped with 110W heater and PT1000 sensor, it works up to 350°C. Hardened steel nozzle supports carbon fiber printing with 50mm³/s high flow for high speed 3D printers.

1Description
The Goliath Lite Hotend is a high flow hotend designed by Mellow in collaboration with the Vzbot team.

Different from the original Goliath Hotend with a maximum temperature of 450°C, this lite version Goliath Lite Hotend works up to 350°C, which is fully competent for most common 3D printing materials. Paired with 24V 30MM 110W high-performance heating ceramic plates, it provides stable heating for the hot end, and the temperature sensor uses PT1000 for stability and accuracy.

The newly upgraded Goliath Lite Hotend adopts the TC4 titanium metal model. Not only does Heatbreak use TC4 titanium material, but the matching fixing screws also use TC4 titanium metal: the titanium alloy throat can effectively block the heat transfer from the heating block to the heat sink, greatly reducing the probability of consumables blockage; Titanium screws reinforce the structure to prevent damage to the throat during use.
The nozzle is made of hardened steel, which is wear-resistant and can support carbon fiber printing.
Hotend flow rate can reach 50mm ³/s+.
