TZ4.0 Hotend Upgrade
The TZ4.0 hotend offers comprehensive upgrades compared to standard Bambu Lab X1/P1 hotends, delivering enhanced stability, durability, and convenience:
Screw-Fixed Heater Block
The screw-fixed design prevents the heat break from bending due to collisions during transport or use, improving overall reliability.
Integrated Nozzle Replacement Design
Supports quick replacement of nozzles with different sizes or damaged nozzles without needing to replace the entire hotend, significantly saving both cost and time. The nozzle tip is made of wear-resistant hardened steel, greatly extending its lifespan.
Leak-Proof Design
The integrated nozzle structure effectively prevents material leakage caused by improper operation during nozzle replacement, ensuring print quality.
The TZ4.0 hotend is the ideal choice for users seeking high performance, efficiency, and low maintenance costs, making every print more reliable and efficient.
The ceramic heater will reduce its heating power as the temperature rises. In order to ensure the heating stability of the hot end, we upgraded the power of the heating ceramic plate to 80W at 25 degrees Celsius, which improved the heating speed and thermal stability during the printing process.
