The outer shell of Sherpa MINI Extruder by SLS
Using 8/10-tooth 36 motor and can output strong torque.
High quality gear improves the performance of extruder.
The reduction ratio of the extruder is 1:5/1:6.25, The power is 25% more power than the original 1:5 reduction ratio motor.And the motor pulse is set to 685-695/850-875 with 2209 drive. The motor current is set to 0.6-1A.
We specially made ISG gears for the R2 version of Sherpa Mini extruder. The high-precision CNC-machined ISG gears reduce the vibration in the gear transmission and improve the printing effect. At the same time, the gears are made of high-precision CNC-machined hardened steel. The gears have very good bite force and are wear-resistant to extend the service life.
