1Description
PEEK has outstanding characteristics such as wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, self-lubricating, etc. After mixing PTFE, the lubricity is enhanced, which can ensure continuous long-term use on the equipment, and there will be no powder drop from the pc wheel. We chose High-precision P6 bearings with small tolerances reduce roller wear caused by vibration and improve printing quality.
The performance of PEEK mixed with PTFE surpasses polycarbonate incl, and has stronger wear resistance and self-lubricating.
