Fly ProX10 3D Printer Motherboard
The Fly ProX10 3D printer motherboard features an onboard 550Hz high-performance MCU chip. With the recent price drop of the Raspberry Pi, we have integrated a BTB port to facilitate the installation of the Raspberry Pi CM4, supporting the most popular host installation solutions. Additionally, we have extended the CM4 port to the motherboard, supporting 40-pin GPIO, HDMI, DSI, CSI, Gigabit Ethernet, and more.
The motherboard includes 10 motor driver ports, each supporting VCC (12V/24V) and high-voltage 48V power supply for high-speed printing. We have implemented a new TP driver design, where the driver chips are mounted vertically and equipped with heatsinks to improve cooling efficiency. For DIY enthusiasts, we have also designed unique RGB lighting on the drivers to allow for personalized customization.
This motherboard is our first to feature six two-wire fan ports, along with two four-wire PWM fan ports for adjustable speed control. The heating system continues to use high-performance MOSFETs, supporting stable output control of up to 200W per port. With 8 limit switch ports, 6 temperature sensor ports, and 6 heater ports, it meets the needs of various user scenarios.
In summary, the ProX10 is one of the few high-performance MCU motherboards on the market that can integrate a Raspberry Pi host, offering multi-axis control and various application possibilities for 3D printers. It is compatible with almost all DIY 3D printer designs available, such as Voron, Vzbot, Hevort, BLV, and more.
