1. Integrated Shaft Design: Ensures higher concentricity of the gears, reduces eccentric rotation due to assembly, and ensures more even filament feeding.
2. Helical Gear Design: Offers better meshing performance, smoother gear transmission, and more linear transmission force. With large transmission overlap, long meshing time, and large contact area, stress is reduced, improving the gear's load-bearing capacity and extending its service life.
3. High-Strength Mold Steel Material: The feeding gear is made of high-strength mold steel with a DLC coating for surface treatment. The overall Rockwell hardness (HRC) of the gear reaches 62-65, and the surface hardness (HV) reaches 1000-1200, significantly enhancing the gear's strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, improving its load-bearing capacity and extending its service life.
