Engineered for High-Flow Stability & Precision with Large-Diameter Filaments.

• Optimized for 2.85mm Filament:
  • Bigger Gears: Specifically designed with enlarged drive gears to securely grip the thicker 2.85mm filament, ensuring a tighter bite.
  • Stronger Friction & Reduced Gnawing: The increased contact area provides superior grip to prevent slipping. It effectively reduces wear (gnawing) on the filament surface, offering excellent control even when printing flexible materials like TPU.

• Lightweight yet Strong Construction:
  • Hollowed Out Design: The reduction gear and side plates are hollowed out to achieve weight reduction without compromising structural strength, making it ideal for high-speed print heads.
  • Durable Shell: Crafted from CNC machined 6061 aluminum alloy, the ultra-light and robust shell surpasses the durability and precision of plastic shells. It effectively dissipates heat, extending the machine's lifespan.
• Industrial-Grade Precision Gears:
  • High Strength Hardened Steel: The drive gears feature a strength rating of HRC55+ with a surface of nickel plating for exceptional wear resistance.
  • CNC Shaft Gear Integrated: Utilizing a straight grain tooth design and high concentricity processing, the integrated shaft gear ensures the extrusion remains even, significantly improving printing accuracy.

• Smooth Filament Path & Connectivity:
  • Upgraded Brass Wire Guide Tube: Features a precision brass wire guide tube that allows the 2.85mm material to pass through more smoothly, reducing friction at the entry point.
  • High-Quality Bowden Connector: Includes a premium pneumatic connector for easy fixation of PTFE (Teflon) tubes, enhancing flexibility for remote setups and multi-color printing.

• Customizable Specifications:
  • Versatile Compatibility: Offers reduction ratios of 8:60 or 10:60. Pulse settings are 668-672 for an 8-tooth motor, and 534-538 for a 10-tooth motor.
  • Motor Recommendations: Recommended motor current is between 0.6A and 1A. Compatible with high-performance stepper motors such as 8T or 10T Moons' and LDO motors.
