1Description
The Dragon HF Hotend Voron Edition is a compact, all-metal hotend designed for stable, high-temperature 3D printing up to 500°C. It features a heatbreak with an ultra-thin wall thickness of 0.1mm, realizing excellent thermal insulation and smoother filament movement (Ra0.3). The High Flow (HF) version includes a longer melt section for faster extrusion, making it ideal for demanding materials and consistent performance.

1.High-Performance Thermal Management

• Realizing an excellent thermal insulation: The design focuses on minimizing heat creep.
• Heat break with an ultra-thin wall thickness of 0.1mm: This precision engineering reduces the contact area for heat transfer.
• Roughness of the heat break inner hole: Ra0.3: Ensures smoother movement of the filament, reducing friction and clogging risks.

• Plated copper material: The hotend is mainly composed of plated copper, which has the advantage of faster heating and better heat dissipation.
• High Temperature Resistance: A standard all-metal kit with overall high-temperature resistance up to 500 °C.
• Increased rigid support structure: Guarantees the heat break remaining intact under the impact of external force.

• Integral frame rigid structure: Makes nozzle replacement more convenient without grasping the heat break.
• Flexible combined structure design: Makes a strong compatibility with various setups.
