We have specially crafted straight gears for our VZ extruders, manufactured from hardened steel to ensure outstanding wear resistance and an exceptionally long lifespan. To further enhance performance, we've applied a nickel-plated coating to the surface and utilized high-precision CNC machining to ensure consistent quality and reliability. Our integral gear design significantly reduces wobble during gear transmission, thereby delivering superior printing accuracy.

To cater to different needs, we offer two versions of reduction gears: POM and brass. Regardless of your choice, you can enjoy the advantages of our high-precision CNC machining and hollowed-out design for increased efficiency without compromising structural integrity. POM reduction gears are ideal for everyday use due to their lower friction during transmission, while our brass reduction gears excel in high-temperature environments. It's important to note that when using brass reduction gears, lubrication must be added to ensure smooth operation, whereas lubrication for POM reduction gears is optional rather than mandatory.
