1Description

High-strength mold steel material: The top of the nozzle is made of high-strength mold steel, and the surface is treated with DLC coating. The overall Rockwell hardness (HRC) of the gear reaches 62-65, and the surface hardness (HV) reaches 1000-1200, which significantly enhances the strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the nozzle and prolongs its service life.

The gold color allows customers to better distinguish whether the nozzle has been DLC coated.
