Zirconia boasts an exceptionally high melting point of 2700°C, maintaining outstanding structural integrity and performance stability even under prolonged high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Unlike conventional plastic or synthetic stone materials, zirconia does not decompose, carbonize, or emit harmful gases, ensuring both printing safety and product reliability. Its superior chemical stability, thermal resistance, and high-temperature durability make zirconia an ideal choice for high-performance 3D printing, delivering exceptional quality and performance for demanding applications.
The A1 hotend heating assembly enables quick and effortless hotend replacement. Its innovative quick-clamp mechanism secures the melt block to the heating base, allowing seamless separation of the thermal and electronic components. With this design, no additional tools are required to install or remove the hotend. The assembly can heat the hotend to 300°C and includes an integrated thermistor for precise real-time temperature monitoring.
Material – Aluminum: CNC-machined aluminum alloy (≈2.7?g/cm3) offers lightweight construction and low cost. It heats up and cools down rapidly, making it ideal for fast prints. Thermal conductivity is ~237?W/m·K, sufficient for PLA/PETG work.
Material – Copper: High-purity copper alloy (≈8.9?g/cm3) is heavier and more expensive, but high thermal conductivity (~390?W/m·K) means heat is distributed very evenly. The copper block’s greater thermal mass smooths out temperature swings for stable extrusion.
