DualVelo from NF Hardware is a next-generation hotend engineered for high-throughput and large-format FDM/FFF printers. Its unique single-nozzle, dual-filament architecture brings two filaments into a single melt chamber, enabling color blending, material transitions and significantly higher volumetric output — while keeping the hotend short and lightweight for stable motion.
Built for durability and continuous production, DualVelo uses an aerospace-grade, low-friction wear tube to minimize filament drag and heat transfer. Critical load points are reinforced with precision titanium screws, which distribute mechanical stress and reduce the risk of heatbreak or throat damage during heavy use.

The DualVelo features two 24V, 60W, high-quality, 4mm heating elements and a PT1000 temperature sensor. It supports printing at temperatures up to 400°C and offers a choice of nozzles ranging from 0.4mm to 2.0mm. Custom hot end designs are also available.
The extruder is equipped with NF high-precision hardened steel gears. The gears are sharp and burr-free. The standard size provides more accurate flow control and longer service life.

Heatbreak Fan Placement:Mount the cooling fan at the middle of the Heatbreak to maintain a reliable thermal break. We recommend a fan ≥40 mm; larger fans offer better airflow and reduced risk of filament heat soak/backflow.
