1Description
This water-cooled hotend is specifically designed for the Tuozhu X1/P1 3D printer. It employs advanced water-cooling technology to significantly enhance printing stability and effectively prevent PLA clogging caused by high temperatures. When used in conjunction with a metal extruder, it achieves synchronized cooling of the extruder, ensuring that the device operates efficiently over extended periods.

Efficient Water Cooling: The water-cooling system outperforms traditional air cooling by quickly lowering the hotend temperature, thereby improving the enclosed printing environment.
Durable and Replaceable Nozzle: Made from hardened steel, the nozzle is wear-resistant and easy to replace, reducing maintenance costs.
Intelligent Signal Shielding Module: The hotend is equipped with a built-in 4-wire fan detection function, eliminating the need for a fan in water-cooling mode. A dedicated shielding module (available in the P1 version and the 4-wire X1 version) blocks the fan signal, ensuring a stable printing process.
Easy Installation Design: An elevation component must be installed on the top of the printer to allow the water tubes to be routed out of the machine smoothly. Additionally, a power pickup board is provided to directly power the water-cooling fan from the Tuozhu machine interface, making installation simpler and more efficient.
This comprehensive solution provides users with a more stable printing environment, reduces the risk of clogging due to high temperatures, and ensures the outstanding performance of the Tuozhu X1/P1 series 3D printers during prolonged operation.
