1Description
Our FluxHeat metal extruder is manufactured using industrial-grade high-precision CNC machining centers, strictly following the original standard dimensions of plastic extruders, with tolerances controlled within ±0.01 mm. Its geometric precision and concentricity significantly surpass those of traditional plastic components, ensuring smoother operation and a longer service life. Key transmission components are made of DLC-coated hardened steel gears, with surfaces treated through deep nitriding processes to achieve a hardness of HRC 60 or higher. This effectively reduces gear wear, extends service life by over three times, and ensures precise filament extrusion even under prolonged heavy-load printing conditions.
To meet the demands of high-temperature environments and extreme printing applications, we have developed the TZ water-cooled hotend cooling module compatible with DIY X1 and P1 Bambu Lab series printers. Compared to traditional air cooling, the water cooling system improves heat dissipation efficiency by 40%, quickly removing excess heat from the hotend. Combined with the all-metal extruder housing, it not only greatly reduces motor and gear temperature rise, but also ensures stable output even in ambient temperatures exceeding 35?°C. The upgraded ceramic heater delivers 80?W of heating power at a 25?°C ambient temperature and is equipped with an intelligent power regulation module that automatically compensates for power loss. This ensures a fast and stable temperature rise in the hotend, improving first-layer adhesion speed by 20% and significantly enhancing overall print quality and success rates.
