1Description
To meet customers' demand for lightweight solutions, we have developed a new type of ceramic heating block. Compared to traditional cylindrical heating tube blocks, this new design is lighter and offers comparable heating efficiency. We offer three styles: V6, Volcano, and Crazy Volcano, made of either aluminum or copper and precision CNC machined. Aluminum, with its relatively lower cost and lighter weight, and copper, with higher thermal conductivity albeit higher cost, are the material options.
In addition, we have customized high-performance 24V82W ceramic heating elements with higher heating efficiency and longer lifespan. The 104NT thermosensitive temperature line ensures precise temperature measurement. Furthermore, we have specially designed high-quality silicone sleeves for the heating blocks to provide insulation, further enhancing heating efficiency. For the V6 heating block, a portion needs to be trimmed on the side for easier installation of the ceramic heating element.
We have also designed a small ceramic heating element fixing plate to secure the wires of the ceramic heating element, preventing them from being damaged due to movement.
