Teeth are produced by special tools supplied by gates and work perfectly with the gates belt. After we studied the teeth of the ordinary Teeth pulley, it was not produced by professional tools, and there were relatively large tolerances, which caused the belt to jump with the Teeth pulley, which may affect the printing effect. For highly demanding customers, they are reluctant to accept subtle errors, so we specialize in customizing the Teeth pulley to meet the needs of our customers.
Toothed Idlers used appropriately in place of bearings prevent damage to the belts teeth by allowing it to glide freely and gently cups its teeth as it traverses around the curve.
Smoothed Idlers are purposely designed, with correct flanges and clearance to ensure a belt retains a constant tension throughout its entire stroke in a way bearings could never match.
